Two Very Important Meetings: Today and Tomorrow

1. New Student registration for the new School-year: 2021-2022 is going on right now! If you are new to our school and have not attended a New Parent Informational Meeting with me before, join me today, Wednesday, at 5 PM. Please share this link with neighbors and friends that are considering our school for their children because of our DLI program. There is no obligation by attending and the information I will share will help them with their decision. 2. Tomorrow’s meeting is for all our current Parents of Valley Vista students. We will be reopening our school for in-person instruction on April 12^th. This reopening is not for every one of our students, since roughly 30% of our families have opted to remain in Distance Learning. However, every one of our students and families will be affected as things adjust to accommodate for in-person school. Note also that in-person school will not be in-person everyday and that classes will not be full-day, as we had in the past. It is important that you attend this meeting to get all the details. En español: Ya empezó la temporada de inscripción en-línea para estudiantes nuevos para el nuevo año escolar: 2021-2022. Si ustedes llegaron durante este año escolar a nuestra escuela y nunca han asistido a una junta informativa para padres conmigo antes, los invito hoy, miércoles, a las 5 pm. Comparta este enlace con vecinos y amigos que esten considerando nuestra escuela por nuestro programa de doble inmersión. No hay obligación al asistir y la información les ayudará al decidir a donde mandar a sus hijos a la escuela. La reunión de mañana si es para todos los padres de nuestros estudiantes en Valley Vista. Ya estamos por abrir nuestra escuela a la instrucción en persona empezando el 12 de abril. Esta reapertura no es para todos nuestros estudiantes, ya que aproximadamente el 30% de nuestras familias han elegido permanecer en Aprendizaje a Distancia. Sin embargo, todos nuestros estudiantes se verán afectados a medida que las cosas se ajusten para adaptarse a la escuela en persona. Además, la escuela presencial no será todos los días de la semana y será en horario de días cortos. Es por eso que es sumamente importante que ustedes asistan a esta junta para conocer todos los detalles.
