3. Picture Day went very well last week. If you missed it though, there is one more opportunity this Tuesday, March 23rd. Mark your calendars for this Tuesday from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Listen for the reminder message with more details on the Covid-19 safety procedures for bringing your child to campus that will go out Monday afternoon.
4. New Student Registration for the New 2021-2022 School-year, which begins in July, is happening now. I am hosting a New Parent Informational Meeting for new parents on Wednesday, the 24th at 5 PM. If you joined our school throughout this school year, you are encouraged to attend and hear about our school’s Dual Language Immersion program, our mission, vision, and goals. 5. Parent-Teacher Conferences and Minimum days of instruction with teachers are going on now. This means students have class with teachers from 8:15 to 10:30 and then, they are working independently on their assignments after 10:30 AM every day this week. Spring Break will begin next Monday, from March 29th to April 2nd. Classes will resume on Aril 5th.
6. We have a District start date for the reopening of our schools! The opening date is Monday, April 12th. This reopening, for the last quarter of this school-year, will be a Hybrid Model of schooling. 2) Hemos iniciado un Consejo Asesor de Estudiantes Afro-Americanos (B-LAC) para apoyar a esos estudiantes, sus familias y nuestro personal en nuestra comunidad de CVESD. Habrá una junta este lunes 22 a las 6 de la tarde. Arriba puede acceder el folleto y usar el enlace para registrarse para unirse a la junta. 3) El Día de Fotografías para estudiantes fue la semana pasada. Pero, si no pudieron traer a sus hijos ese día, hay una oportunidad más este martes 23 de marzo. 4) La temporada de inscripción de nuevos estudiantes para el nuevo año escolar 2021-2022, que comenzará en julio, ha empezado. 5) Las conferencias de padres y maestros se están llevando a cabo esta semana. Esto significa que estos días son días mínimos de instrucción con los maestros y que los estudiantes estarán trabajando en sus tareas independientemente después de las 10:30 a.m. todos los días de esta semana. Las vacaciones de primavera comenzaran el próximo lunes, del 29 de marzo al 2 de abril. Las clases se reanudarán el 5 de abril.
