Arrival & Dismissal adjustments

Thank you for your patience & grace today. Hopefully these adjustments will streamline the crunch times.

GATE B (between the office and Kinder yard) is reserved only for Kindergarten drop-off & pick-up now.

Gate C (Food Arbor) is for 1^st & 2^nd grade student drop-off & pick-up.

3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th grade students, use Gate F (the loop at the back of the school) for drop-off & pick-up.

We still ask that you drive up to drop-off and pick-up if possible and dashboard placards are very much recommended and helpful.

Gate E will be closed completely allowing for the single line of cars going into the front parking lot to form near the curb and move along without blocking through traffic. Also, moving 3^rd graders to the back loop should alleviate the congestion at Gates B & C.

Please remember that if your child is not having breakfast at school, students should NOT arrive at school until 8:05 as we do not have any supervision for them.                               7:45AM is okay for breakfast

Tomorrow’s (Thursday) Schedule: Kindergarten 8:15 AM to 1:30 PM 1^st-6^th graders 8;15 AM to 2:40 PM

La Puerta B (entre la oficina y el patio de Kindergarten) es solo para los estudiantes de Kindergarten.

Los estudiantes de 1er y 2do grado deben llegar y ser recogidos en la Puerta C (donde se come el almuerzo).

Los estudiantes de 3. °, 4. °, 5. ° y 6. ° grado, deben llegar y ser recogidos en estacionamiento de atrás de la escuela, la Puerta F

Les pedimos que conduzca en coche si es posible hasta el lugar los puertas y que usen los carteles en el tablero del coche ya que son tan útiles.

La Puerta E se mantendrá completamente cerrada, para permitir que la línea de automóviles para entrar al estacionamiento frente la escuela se forma cerca de la banqueta sin bloquear el tráfico. Adicionalmente, trasladar a los estudiantes de 3^ser grado a la Puerta F aliviará la cantidad de gente en las puertas B y C.

Por favor recuerde que, si sus hijos no desayunarán en la escuela, los estudiantes NO deben llegar a la escuela hasta las 8:05 ya que no tenemos supervisión para ellos. Para desayunar, la llegada es a las 7:45 AM.

Horario para mañana, jueves: Kindergarten de las 8:15 A. M. a la 1:30 P. M. 1 ° a 6 ° Grado de las 8:15 A.M. a las 2:40 P.M.
