All in all, this is going really well. These adjustments are to streamline the process even more and ensure everyone’s safety.

1. As of, Thursday 4/15, NO left turns allowed into our front parking lot during drop-off or pick-up times. This turn is too dangerous for all involved. Please join the single file line along Valley Vista Rd. as most of you do already. Know that we are moving cars very quickly once we start. Lines start moving at 8:05, 10:55, 11:50, or 2:35.
2. GATE D will be the only walk-up GATE for 1st-6th students walking to school. Students walk along the sidewalk where Safety Patrol will get them to the gate side safely.
3. Gate E will be closed completely so that the single file line of cars for Gates B & C (for 1^st, 2^nd, & 3^rd graders) can form closer to the curb and proceed without incident.  
4. GATE F remains the best option for all 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th grade students – very little traffic there.
5. For pick-up times, the Dashboard Placards are working very well. Please keep using those – the bigger & clearer, the better.
6. For late arrivals: You must drive to the front office and bring your child to the front office door to be health screened and admitted before leaving. Please do not drop-off your child without someone screening and admitting your child. Do not get out of your car, and do not load or unload from a double lane.

En español: En general, va todo muy bien. Estos pequeños ajustes son para agilizar el proceso y garantizar la seguridad de todos.

1. A partir de mañana, jueves 15 de abril, NO se permiten los giros a la izquierda para entrar al estacionamiento delantero durante los tiempos de llegada o recogida. Este giro es demasiado peligroso. Por favor, únase a la fila a lo largo de Valley Vista Rd. y sepa la línea se moverá rápidamente una vez que comience. Las líneas comienzan a moverse a las 8:05 AM, 10:55 AM, 11:50 AM o 2:35 PM.
2. Puerta D será la única puerta para peatones, los estudiantes de 1º a 6º grado que llegan a la escuela caminando. Deben caminar en la banqueta hasta donde la Patrulla Estudiantil los cruce de manera segura al lado de la puerta D.
3. La puerta E se cerrará por completo para que la fila para las puertas B y C, los estudiantes de 1º, 2º y 3º, pueda formarse desde allí, más cerca a la banqueta y se siga a lo largo.
4. Puerta F sigue siendo para los automóviles trayendo estudiantes de 4º, 5º y 6º grado.
5. Para la hora de la recogida, los carteles del tablero están funcionando muy bien. Sigan usándolos: por favor – entre más grande el nombre y grado, mejor.
6. Si llegan tarde: tendrán que conducir hasta la oficina principal y llevar a sus hijos a la puerta de la oficina. Los adultos tienen que esperar que nuestro personal tome custodia de sus hijos. Por favor, no dejen a sus hijos sin que alguien los revise y los admita. También, les pedimos que no se salgan de su automóvil y no cargue o descargue a ningún niño desde doble fila.
