We are happy to welcome back approximately 70% of our students to Hybrid (in-person) school on Monday April 12th. Students will attend either the AM or the PM Cohorts. AM Cohort begins at 8:15 AM with dismissal at 11 AM, PM Cohort begins at 12 noon and dismisses at 2:45 PM Monday though Thursday. Students in Distance Learning will begin at 8:15 AM from home Mon.-Thurs. on the same schedule as before. On Fridays, all students will attend class from home via Teams on the same schedule shown below.

If your children are attending in person, we are asking that you symptoms-check them before driving them to school.  See attached “Thumbs-Up” checklist.

Please refer to the attached School Map to see which gate your children are to be dropped off at.

Drive-through drop-offs and symptoms-check at cars, curbside:

• Kindergarten cars are to line up, curbside, outside of the school parking lot on Valley Vista Way to reach Gate A.
• 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd grade cars will drive through the school’s front parking lot to reach Gates B & C.
• 4^th, 5^th, & 6^th grade cars are to drive through the school’s back parking lot to get to Gate F.

Walking to school, symptom’s check at Gates D and E:

• Students can walk up from the sidewalk at Valley Vista Rd. to reach Gate D.
• Students dropped off at the unloading (stop and go, no parking) curb, along Valley Vista Rd., will be symptoms-checked at the curb to proceed to Gate E.

Symptoms-checking at school will begin 10 minutes before AM (8:05) & PM (11:50) start times.

At dismissal times, please place the Dashboard Placard with your child’s 1^st name clearly displayed on your passenger-side dashboard and proceed to the same Gate that you dropped your children off at as early as 10 minutes before dismissal. Dismissal times: AM Cohort 11AM / PM Cohort 2:45PM

Meals (7-days worth of breakfasts & lunches) pick-ups on Mondays from 12:30 to 2 PM at school.

Please bring your PATIENCE for this first week as we will be checking every child so it will be slow. Thank you and stay safe and healthy.

En español: El lunes, día 12 de abril, comenzamos el modelo híbrido – escuela presencial. Nos complace dar la bienvenida a aproximadamente el 70% de nuestros estudiantes a la escuela en cohortes AM o PM. El cohorte AM comienza a las 8:15 AM con la salida a las 11 AM. El cohorte PM comienza a las 12 y termina a las 2:45 de la tarde. Todos los estudiantes en aprendizaje a distancia comenzarán a las 8:15 A. M. desde sus casas a través de las reuniones en Teams. Los viernes, todos los estudiantes asistirán clases desde sus casas a través de Teams en el mismo horario que se muestra a continuación.

Si sus hijos asistiran en persona, les pedimos que revisen a sus hijos antes de traerlos a la escuela. Usen las preguntas en “Pulgar Arriba“ adjunto.

Por favor consulte el Mapa Escolar adjunto para ver en qué puerta deben dejar a sus hijos.

• Kinder: los carros deben alinearse, afuera del estacionamiento de la escuela, en Valley Vista Way para llegar a la Puerta A.

• 1º, 2º y 3º: los autos de atravesarán por el estacionamiento al frente de la escuela para llegar a las Puertas B y C.

• 4º, 5º y 6º: los autos deben pasar por el estacionamiento atrás de la escuela y llegar a la Puerta F.

Si vienen caminando a la escuela, los estudiantes pueden caminar desde Valley Vista Rd. por la banqueta para llegar a la Puerta D o Puerta E.

La verificación de síntomas en la escuela comenzarán 10 minutos antes de las horas de inicio de clases: AM: 8:05, PM 11:50

A la hora de salida, AM: 11AM, PM: 2:45PM coloque el letrero del tablero adjunto con el primer nombre de su hijo/a claramente visible en el tablero del lado del pasajero y diríjase a la misma puerta en la que dejó a sus hijos.
